No Wasted Space

In order to make this bathroom more functional, we removed a built-in jacuzzi that was taking up valuable real estate and replaced it with a massive, fully tiled zero-entry walk-in shower, complete with a new transom window and half-glass wall that allows an ample amount of natural light into the bathroom. We installed a new linen closet with motion-activated lights in place of the old shower, and still had room leftover to extend the vanity countertop and add an additional open cabinet for convenient towel storage. A fresh coat of paint on the cabinets and some custom trim work around the mirrors make the entire vanity feel like it’s all a part of a single piece of furniture. To top it off, we added some flair to the Master Bedroom by installing a double-sided fireplace with a beautiful stone surround in Master Bedroom, connecting through to the Great Room.
