Our Process

If you’re ready to get started on your next remodeling project, please contact our office for a free estimate. In order to put together the estimate and become familiar with you and your vision, Russell Remodeling will schedule a preliminary meeting, after which a bid will be returned to you within two weeks (dependent upon the size of your project). Russell Remodeling will discuss the bid with you once it is complete, and then make any necessary revisions.

Once the bid is accepted, Russell Remodeling will collect a retainer fee. This retainer will reserve your spot on the construction schedule, and will be credited toward the final invoice. The project will begin on the scheduled date, at which time half of the total cost of the project will be collected. The project will be completed on the scheduled date, pending any changes or unforeseen conditions, and the remaining balance will be collected.
